PEDALS TUBE 808 - CLASSIC AMP BOOST

An exact circuit and component replica of what's been hailed by most experts as the "Holy Grail" of overdrive/distortion pedals. 100% hand-wired and made with all quality components including a solid die-cast Hammond case, Electro-Harmonix heavy-duty 3PDT true bypass footswitch and, last but not least, the original JRC4558D opamp chip used in the original Tube Screamer models. The only addition to the original circuit is a mini-toggle switch that adds the popular "fat mod" boost. Like all my "Big Knob" branded pedals I produce, these are created first and foremost for my own use as a gigging guitarist, and this particular one is without a doubt, my favorite distortion unit.
