GREEN MANALISHI OVERDRIVE

The all-new Green Manalishi overdrive is a pedal that is designed to capture the bluesy overdriven tones of British blues legend & founder of Fleetwood Mac, Peter Green. When I started designing the pedal a few months ago, who was to know that Peter would sadly pass away on July 25th. In tribute to Peter, it has been a labour of love and a real pleasure spending hours listening to his tone and playing style, from his days with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, trying to recapture that magical tone and put it all into a compact Hammond 1590BB enclosure. The pedal controls feature a simple but very effective volume, tone and gain with an added hi and lo power switch, for the ultimate in sustain. The pedal is very dynamic and responds well to pick attack, depending on how hard you 'dig in', it really does 'feel' every note you play and using a Les Paul will have you perfecting Peters trademark vibrato technique in no time. It's a great compliment to a blues guitarist if you're after an overdriven sound that is voiced like Peter's early Marshall Amplifier.
