TD-1 DELAY

The TD-1 is an analog/digital hybrid delay line with 10ms- 550ms of delay. The heart of the digital delay is the PT2399 IC. Most digital delays have a somewhat sterile sound. Not the PT2399. It has the warmth of an analog delay but without the extra noise. I added a 2 stage tube circuit to thicken and warm it up even more. The delay section has controls for DELAY, REPEAT and MIX. The tube section has a 2 BAND EQ along with a VOLUME and a CHRUNCH knob. The tone goes from crystal clear through a nice warm distortion. This design is the warmest, natural sounding and most versatile delay available. All the classic analog effects can be acheived from slap back echo through long deep spacey delays.
