GB-1 GLASSBENDER

The Glassbender is a germanium and valve hybrid fuzz/distortion/overdrive pedal completely handwired point to point on bakelite terminal strips. The pedal uses 2 AC107 black glass germanium transistors and an Electro Harmonix 12AX7 valve. Controls are as follows: Gain, Volume, Bass, Middle(standby switch), Treble and a 6 position contour switch. The valve's heaters are powered by a regulated DC power supply to remove the normal AC hum found in AC heater circuits. Tones range from clean to massive fuzz and distortion and everywhere in between.
