SUMO BOOST

If you use a good valve amplifier you will understand the virtues of using your amplifiers inherent distortion characteristics. A good valve amp will give nice creamy distortion rather than the brittle distortion of a transistor distortion unit. This is where the Sumo Boost comes into play. It is a booster that adds no distortion of its own. It will boost your guitars level by up to 12dB allowing your guitar to drive the valve amp harder bringing in your amplifier’s natural distortion – very useful for guitar lead breaks.
