The Mayhem is a fuzz-oscillator loosely based on the Uglyface circuit. Huge disgusting sounding oscillator's pitch is affected by your guitar's input signal. Controls for Level, Tone, Blend (between distorted and Mayhemed), Pitch, Sensitivity, Gate, and Drive. True bypass switching with LED indicator, runs on internal battery or Boss-style 9v adapter (neither included), hand made eyelet board construction, one year warranty. The three larger knobs on this unit are vintage bakelite, the four tiny ones are new plastic.
