SD/PRE 3000

A few weeks ago, Stephen from Step Up Guitars emailed me to ask about a custom pedal. He wanted the preamp from the legendary Korg SDD3000 digital delay in a pedal so he wouldn't have to have the whole rack unit if he just wanted to use the preamp to goose his amp a little bit. The best known user of this trick is The Edge from U2. Many of his clean tones are based on this preamp hitting the front end of his Vox amplifiers to get his jangly clean tone.
