CALAMAR

The Norrland Calamar has a truckload of distortion, and it makes the notes you play sound an octave higher. With the controls on full blast, you get some great swells and wild sustain. Turning the pre-gain down a bit seems to make the octave sounds come out better. The toggle is used to switch the octave effect (best heard when playing the upper 12 frets) off and just leaves a thick distortion box behind. Users beware, this pedal is VERY noisy!
