LEXINGTON - OCTAVIA

Lexington is my take on the Tycobrahe Octavia. The Octavia circuit has been used by many artists to create that classic octave fuzz sound of the 70’s. To say I’m a big fan of that sound would be an understatement. When the time came for me to give this circuit a go I was excited to dig in and see what I could do. I was really intrigued by the unique sound of the fuzz without the octave engaged. While the circuit is modernized a bit the sound is very traditional. Lexington uses two footswitches one to engage the fuzz tone and one to engage the octave. The Pre-Gain control allows you to tame the fuzz tone a bit and let the octave stand front and center. The fuzz side is very unique and can inspire new sounds. Engage the octave and you can channel legendary tones!
