SUPERFUZZ SF-2

This pedal is based on scans and measurement I did of my 1976 Shin Ei Companion Fuzz FY-6 (I call it SF-1 because that's what it says on the circuit board). To make the pedal more versatile I've added a switch for the octave up and a 9V power supply jack.
