LITTLEHORNE

Littlehorn is a FET driven overdrive. It inspired by the sonic nuances of Matamp/Orange, but it is NOT a clone of any other pedal, or intended to be an "amp in a box". I really love my Matamp, and it's unique tonal characteristics. So I set out to build a pedal that would share similarities of the pre-amp and tone circuits. The Littlehorne sounds incredible as a frequency booster, with the gain set low. Lots of sparkle and shimmer that doesn't get lost as you crank up the gain knob. The gain at full also brightens up the tone, while giving a "girthy" (my new phrase, you heard it here first folks) distortion - growly and mean, not overcompressed or squishy.
