from the operating manualPlug booster into receptacle on guitar with jack on booster facing end pin of guitar.Plug cable from amplifier input into booster jack. Use short leather strap provided, to anchor cable to guitar end pin.With switch in OFF position, guitar is connected directly to amplifier.Booster operates with switch in ON position. Rotate knob "clockwise" for TREBLE boost effect, or "counterclockwise" for BASS boost.Note: For maximum battery life, always return switch to OFF position when booster is not in use.
